“ ILMAGNIFICO” ( Pax 2/3) has a large living
room, which is divided by arcs, in dining and relax area.
The antique furnished living room with the possibility for
a single sofa bed has also an cosy fire place.
A big french window leads on a spacious terrace equipped
with tables and chairs and a fantastic view up to the Chianti
area.
The small kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,
fridge, gas oven and all necessary kitchen devices.
The small bathroom is with shower.
The charming bedroom (40m2) is the most
ancient room of the Villa.
Wonderful equipped with antique furniture, is there an 12th
century stone arc that dominates the room and takes
you to the living room.
Price for 1 night : 250 euro
Price for 1 week (Saturday to Saturday) : 1650 euro
Price for 1 extra-bed : 200 euro/week
The price include: air conditioning , electricity , gas
, final cleaning , use of swimming pool.
Extra: service on request : 10 euro/hour
All apartments
have air-conditioning and usage of swimming
pool.
